The creative services team in the Marketing and Brand Management office provides a range of photo, design, and video services and maintains an archive of photo and video content for use by the NMSU community and members of the media.
Design Services
We offer a variety of design services for university departments that need marketing materials or promotional products. If you prefer to create your own office communications, we also offer Marq (formerly known as Lucidpress), a web-based, desktop publishing software.
Through Marq, you design your own files, get them approved by Marketing and Communications, and then download the files for printing. The easy-to-use software is accessible through web browsers — no need to download or install anything. Photography & Video Services
We provide a range of imaging services and maintains an archive of photographs. Access our library of more than 33,000 high-resolution photos and videos available for campus units to download via our media archive. University personnel may request photo services including, including headshots, special events, marketing assignments, news assignments, and general requests. Book a photoshoot. (Note: Photo service requests are limited to NMSU Faculty and Staff.)
